Step 1: Open and Start Using Your New Castle Rock Bank Account
We offer a variety of checking accounts to fit your needs. Visit any local Castle Rock Bank to open your new account and start using it while your remaining transactions clear through your old account.
Step 2: Enroll in Digital Banking

Enroll in Online Banking and Bill Pay, download our mobile app, add your debit card to your digital wallet, set up Zelle®, enroll in eStatements, and take advantage of features like mobile deposit, account alerts, and more.
Step 3: Transfer Your Direct Deposits
Gather your recent account statements and review your old account for any direct deposits linked to your account. Use our Transaction Checklist and Direct Deposit Switch Form to update your employer, Social Security, retirement provider, or any other income sources with your new Castle Rock Bank account information.
Most updates can be completed online or by phone, but paper forms are included in this kit for your convenience.
Step 4: Update Your Automatic Payments
Identify any automatic payments, withdrawals, subscriptions, or debit card transactions connected to your old account and update them with your new Castle Rock Bank account information. Don’t forget saved payment methods in websites or apps like Amazon, DoorDash, and streaming services.
